You may not have cookies enabled. When you log in, a
session cookie is created on your computer that indicates you have successfully
logged in. This cookie is set with an expiration time. For each
page you visit, our shopping cart checks for that cookie to determine
if you are currently logged in. If you are, then you simply continue
shopping. If you are not, the shopping cart will prompt you to log in
again. Therefore, if you do not have cookies enabled, the shopping cart
cannot determine that you have already logged in, and each page will
prompt you to login again. Please read about how to enable cookies on your computer. |

| I receive this message when I try to Checkout: "Your order is not large enough to process. It needs to be at least $0.01" |
|
This happens when you shop and add items to your basket
as “guest” (i.e. you are not logged in), and when you do eventually
log in, the items in your guest basket are not transferred to your new,
registered user basket. Thus, after logging in and immediately proceeding
to checkout, you are trying to checkout with an empty basket. That is
why you receive an error—you cannot checkout if you have no items to
purchase! To prevent this from happening again, please login before shopping and adding items to your basket. Or, if you do login after adding items to your basket, you will need to shop some more and re-add them to your registered user basket before checking out. |
| I am an international customer and can not register. It keeps telling me to enter a state. |
| You will need to type in a province. This field is right under the drop-down menu of the US and Canadian states. If you do not have a province in your country, then just enter your city again. |
